Plug up thy hole! A religious sect in Nebraska wears butt plugs at all times because they believe a wrathful God shall suck the unplugged up, ass-first, to burn on the face of the sun. The crazy thing is... they're right. HOLE! is an epic love story set in the apocalyptic aftermath of The Great Sucking, when the only people left on Earth are the fanatical Nebraskans – and anyone else who happened to be doing butt stuff at the time.

The perfect filling for any HOLE in your fringe schedule!

This is my musical pick of the whole festival. It is everything a fringe show should be - fast, funny, and completely unique. 

Whether the story sounds entertaining to you or not, I cannot urge you enough to get tickets for any performances not yet sold out! This two-hander feels more well-rounded than some productions with a cast of 12 (which is roughly how many characters feature in HOLE!). 

Both performers are hilarious, know the material inside out, and can play to an audience like ducks to water. Be prepared to laugh out loud, take a collective ‘gay test’ and put your imagination to work as you're transported to a futuristic world of aliens and butt plugs through audiobook-style descriptions and Foley sound effects.
