Two small-town kids from the middle of nowhere became the biggest folk heroes in all America. They craved adventure—and each other. Their names were Bonnie and Clyde.
Without a doubt, the show I'm most excited for is Bonnie and Clyde. So who's ready to raise a little hell come April 9th? It's been 10 years since the show first opened on Broadway, so what better time to bring it to the West End? The full cast are yet to be announced, but with Jordan Luke Gage and Frances Mayli McCann playing the title roles, alongside George Maguire and Natalie McQueen as Buck and Blanche Barrow, I don't think this show will disappoint.

2. Legally Blonde
Omigod you guys, meet fashion merchandising major Elle Woods and her college sweetheart Warner Huntington III. Popular, stylish, they have the perfect relationship. That is until Warner heads to Harvard Law School and decides that he needs a more 'serious' kind of girlfriend.Dumped, Elle embarks on a drastic plan to win him back. But, on the way, she discovers that there's more to love - and definitely Elle Woods - than meets the eye. Directed by Lucy Moss, co-writer and co-director of the smash-hit musical SIX, it's time to bend and snap, people!
Were you lucky enough to catch Legally Blonde last time it was at the West End? I did, and Sheridan Smith absolutely shone as Elle Woods. With Six co-creator Lucy Moss directing this iconic return of Legally Blonde the Musical, I can't wait to see what she does with the show.

3. Alanis Morrissette's Jagged Little PillThe Healys — Mary Jane, Steve, and their teenage son and daughter Nick and Frankie—appear to be a picture-perfect suburban family. When their’ lives are disrupted by a series of disturbing events, they must face harsh truths about themselves, their community, and the world around them. The US production of this musical took Broadway by storm and I've been waiting with bated breath for a West End transfer. While there's very little information yet about the West End transfer, it's set to open in November 2022, with the cast and venue announced nearer the time.
While the show isn't open for booking just yet, entertainment columnist, Baz Bamigboye, shared the news of the West End production last month here.
4. Disney's Beauty and the Beast
This beloved ‘tale as old as time’ has been brought to life on stage like never before, with all the charm and elegance audiences expect from Belle and her Beast. 28 years after its Broadway debut, members of the original creative team have reunited on this new production that features all of the spellbinding songs of Alan Menken, Howard Ashman and Tim Rice including Belle, Gaston, Be Our Guest and, of course, Beauty and the Beast.
This production of Beauty and the Beast is currently touring the UK and is set to open at the London Palladium from 24th June to 17th September 2022. I expect this production to be a hit in the West End, and will hopefully extend it's run to reach more audiences. Beauty and the Beast has one of my favourite soundtracks, so I can't wait to see it brought to life on stage.

5. NewsiesThe Newsies musical follows Jack, a newspaper boy in late 19th century New York. Jack dreams of a better future. Newsies is based on the Newsboy Strike of 1899 — a two-month campaign which forced change in how newspaper boys were compensated. The show is full of uplifting songs by Alan Menken and Jack Feldman.
Who else is ready to seize the day? Fans have been speculating for months and it's finally been confirmed! The cult classic will be having it's UK premiere in 2022. There's no official date, or venue yet - but I'm hoping we'll hear news soon!
